  This place and its workers are very proud of their scamming techniques. We went there for a minor cut on thumb and were told about the $135 charge upfront. When asked how much the actual treatment would cost, the short haircut lady with tattoos said she can tell after the doctor has examined the wound. When we reached the doctor we asked a second time how much would the treatment cost and he clearly told us confidently that a laceration treatment would cost max $75 if it needs stitches but since we did not require stitches it would be even less than that. After the treatment we were given the prescription paper and were told we were good to go. NOBODY told us how much extra we would be getting charged even after asking multiple times. By evening that day we got charged an extra $175 from our card without our consent or any billing paper. Only for a minor tape and glue treatment that took less than 3 mins. When we went back to get an explanation the tattooed lady at the desk with her ugly face and attitude started getting loud and refused to take any accountability or provide any explanation on how they can charge us ANY amount from our card without telling us. The miserable lady with short haircut at the front was laughing loudly as we were getting out the door after failing to give us an explanation. Clearly very miserable in her life and proud of the scam. We will be filing a complaint and taking legal action against these frauds and would warn all people to not give them their card details as they like to charge ANY desirable amount after you leave their facility and refuse to provide any explanation.

  Very grateful for this Urgent Care, my daughter's primary office is so far away and the check in wait is not too long. The nurse assistants are polite and the doctors are wonderful. I only been there 3 times and I'm thankful each time I leave.

  The office was conveniently located and had free parking. The staff is very pleasant, patience, friendly and understand. They make you feel welcomed. The waiting area is large, clean, comfortable seats, and has free water and tea/coffee. Nice atmosphere. The doctor was caring, listened to my concerns and why I was there. Great service across the board from check-in to check out.

  I went here to get my ACT 235 paperwork filled out. The staff were amazing and helpful. Everyone was polite and kind. They got me in and out in about a hour. I would highly recommend going if you have need help. There are professional and courteous, and ready to help with a smile.

  My time visiting AFC Urgent Care Ridley. The ladies at the front desk treated me with the utmost respect. Addressed me by last name. Helped me understand some of the language in the papers I had to fill out. It was a short wait time between arrival and seeing a doctor. I arrived on 3/21/26 around 10:50am. I saw the doctor, he reviewed my situation and I was out by 11:35. I had no copay with my insurance. Once you're done, they text you a copy of your discharge papers so there's no need to stop at the front desk. Excellent service all the way around. Kudos to the entire Staff for their kind and caring disposition. 👏🏼👏🏼
