  Donna was very professional and helpful in learning to use your new hearing aids. They go out of their way to make sure they work for you. Jessica was very welcoming when you came into the office.

  We were visiting the Hershey area from out of state with my 88-year-old mom for a family wedding. She wears two hearing aids and suddenly had a problem with one. This was Friday at 9:30 am and the wedding was at 4:00 pm. I made a call to AudioNova, and to say they were helpful would be an understatement! The receptionist immediately said we can get her in at 12:45 pm. They were so helpful, understanding of our urgency, and so compassionate towards my mom. The issue was resolved, and my mom’s anxiety was replaced by a huge smile. Thank you for helping us!
