She had been very reluctant to get hearing aids, despite my encouragement over the past few years, but she finally agreed to be evaluated. Eric and Tammy are the BEST. From the initial phone call through the entire exam process—and the discussion about what would be best for my mom—they were top-notch. They were polite, professional, and, most importantly, made my mom feel completely comfortable. While it confirmed what I had feared—that her hearing is not great—Eric worked with us to develop a plan we felt comfortable with. My mom will be getting hearing aids, and I truly believe they will greatly improve her quality of life. She’ll be able to participate in conversations again and be much happier overall (and I won’t have to yell anymore!). I was also impressed by the comprehensive follow-up services included with the cost. Eric and Tammy, I can’t thank you enough for the care, patience, and compassion you showed my mom. It truly made all the difference.
