  The office staff sucks, left multiple messages, no return calls. Paid in advance for my cap, call to see what's going on they said i didn't pay. Then they call back a couple days later and said i did pay. Have to wait a month for next appointment. Finally get in to have mold made. Nobody calls to tell me my cap is ready, call to find out it's ready and I have to wait months to have to put on. DMD Nicholson is an amazing dentists, but the office staff is a different story.

  Dr. Nicholson is very personable and great at his work. I have been completely comfortable with him as a dentist. In the past I had such bad anxiety about dental appointments that I was literally shaking in the chair. Dr. Nicholson takes his time with each patient too. The office staff can be busy and on occasion I did have to make a 2nd call, but this is a very busy practice. Respect them and they will respect you. Very happy overall with this practice. Ty!

  Staff is so ignorant and rude when you call to make an appointment. They will tell you one day to come in then the next another day like make up your mind

  If I could give zero stars I would,I made an appt in March/ April of this year I had a cleaning that I waited unbelievably long at 4hours total. They said I had a cavity they couldn't give me an appointment until dec24 for the filling,they called me a few weeks later and rescheduled it until the end of February...which is insane. Than last week I got a phone call confirming my appointment for Dec 24,I explained that someone had called me and rescheduled this appt they said no it was never rescheduled. So I CANCELLED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I HAD FOR TODAY.for this filling. I show up and they tell me the appt was for a cleaning. And I would have to reschedule for the filling AGAIN months ahead. So I'm suppose to wait over a year for a filling??? THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.!! I GET TO THE FRONT DESK AND TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS"I COULD GET YOU IN SOONER "IF" WE HAVE a cancellation.Im sorry I have a job,not to mention it was NOT ME that that messed up the appointment to begin withThan she proceeds to tell me "Dr won't fill it without another cleaning first" what?!?So 2 cleanings with them knowing damn well I needed a filling from the beginning of this year. The wait is ridiculous,I run a business so I understand things happen and getting behind.But 4 hours for a cleaning? And the absolute terrible scheduling. Needless to say I did not stay for ANOTHER cleaning I'll find someone who actually isn't looking to let someone's teeth rot away because of mismanaged receptionist. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this place is. I should've known by the 2.3 star rating which is terrible. State insurance dentists will literally over book themselves to a ridiculous amount of people..U cannot tell me anyone is getting quality care here. booking yourself to the point of waits like this and not being able to take care of dental work on your patients in a reasonable amount of time a year is crazy work..it's all about the money. It's clear this office needs to STOP ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. I would've had more respect had they said that. Than expect ANYONE TO WAIT over a year for a cavity to be filled. 48 years old and I have NEVER EVER had to wait that long for filling. The fact THE OFFICE made this mistake and didn't rectify it speaks volumes. Beware!!!!!
