  Zero stars for this facility. I recently visited this facility and left with significant concerns. The staff emphasized the focus on residents and the “family environment”. However, there was a persistent odor throughout which could be smelled through a mask, the facility was not clean, and multiple residents were in the hallways needing assistance. Additionally, the person taking us on the tour couldn’t answer any questions regarding medical/therapists/staff and kept referring me to the administrator. While I understand the facility may have undergone renovations, that was not evident during my visit, as several areas appeared in need of basic maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the environment felt more like residents were being housed, rather than actively cared for, and staff was overwhelmed. Additionally, the photos shown online did not accurately reflect the current condition of the facility. The marketing and ownership need to post more accurate photos. If you are considering this location for a loved one, I strongly recommend visiting in person before making any decisions.

  Westgate Hills is wonderful rehabilitation center! Everyone from management to nursing to housekeeping to therapy has a positive attitude and truly cares about the patients. I would highly recommend to anyone!

  They don’t take care of there patients in there and when people get discharged they try to steal there ss check and pension check and then say they didn’t receive it and when u have proof they did they said they would overnight it then never did and stopped taking the calls from us they are being reported to the state don’t out your family members on there edit couple weeks later and the facility still never managed to contact social security and let them know she was no longer living there like the federal law mandates them to do so they stop receiving her payments

  My husband has been at your facility for the second time. The place is clean and the food is good. I would like to thank allthe staff for taking care of him. A special thank you to Victoria for her support. Maureen for making sure he has enough food. The only complaint we have was that his labeled clothes were missing all the time when they went down to the laundry. Anastasia for keeping me up to date on everything. Jessica who is everywhere and has helped me get water and things we needed throughout our visiting. If any of your loved one’s needs short term care I would recommend Westgate hills rehabilitation center. Sincerely , His wife!
