  After two years of trying, my doctor suggested my husband and I see a fertility specialist. With many specialists around the area, we were unsure which to choose. My neighbor suggested Main Line Fertility, as one of her co-workers was at the time, on #2 IVF baby from MLF. We started our appointments in June 2025 with Dr. Brasile & NP Rachel. We decided to start with IUI due to the cost of IVF. Our first round was unsuccessful. The second round produced a positive pregnancy test, only to find out 2 days later we had lost the pregnancy. As you can assume, we were absolutely devastated. 2+ years of negative results, insane amount of hormones, needles, etc., turned into a major heart break. MLF was there for us every step of the way and did not let that stop us. They would not let that bring us down and they kept us on track. We had to wait another month for my body to recover before trying for a third round of IUI. In the meantime, we met with Dr. Brasile to discuss next steps in case of another failed IUI attempt. We were prepared to move on to IVF in the new year. To our surprise, two weeks later we found out the third round of IUI was a success and I was pregnant again! We continued our appointments with MLF for about a another month before they released us to our OB. I want to thank Dr. Brasile, Rachel, Heather, all nurses and staff at MLF (Havertown specifically). Every single one of you made it possible for my husband and I to start a family. You all made our dreams come true. I am now 18 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, ETA August 1st. If it wasn't for the dedicated team at MLF, our hearts would still only be half full. THANK YOU!! <3

  I find this experience unprofessional, disrespectful, and a waste of time. The information provided by the reception staff is inconsistent and unreliable. I was given different prices by different staff members for the same services. For example, I was initially told the sperm analysis cost 200, then later received a message stating it was 160, and afterward was informed that the price had changed that same day. I have evidence to support this. Additionally, the visit was divided into two appointments. The first visit was charged at nearly 400 and was supposed to include the consultation, blood tests, and a transvaginal intrauterine ultrasound. However, the ultrasound was not performed due to staff unavailability. A second visit was scheduled, during which I was again charged nearly the same amount. During this second visit, the receptionist displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude, dismissed my concerns, and insisted that my information was incorrect. Given the seriousness of the process and the lack of transparency and professionalism from the beginning, I have decided to change providers. I need the information clear and see organizations to do something so important like that.

  Dr. Bloom made our first fertility clinic appointment such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Bloom was extremely knowledgeable and really took her time explaining everything to me and my wife, which made us feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Based on our first visit alone, we would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. We can’t wait to go back.

  Dr Bloom and her entire team felt like family right off the bat. Everyone was always so kind, reassuring and truly took their time with us every appointment. I alway felt seen, safe and heard. We officially are pregnant and graduated from the clinic a week ago and miss them already! I highly recommend Dr bloom and her entire team.
