At the self checkout my sister removed one of the bags and the register signaled for help. It took for three registers to do the same and for me to call out a few times before someone coming and clearing it for us. She immediately returned to what she was doing which was her phone. Three of them were at the exit on their phone laughing at something that was more important than the actual customer. After paying we had to move around them because they were almost blocking the way. I am so disappointed because this is my favorite store and now I wonder what time of training are they providing their employees. 😟
