  I love this company for my mother .. these people talk to you whenever u need the my mother has 3 years in with them only time they on your back is when you’re paperwork isn’t up to date other than that there will be no problems

  On September 8 2020 I met the most wonderful home health aid Priscilla McCullough,she helps me with my everyday life routines to keep me going,she's very caring and understanding she motivates me to want better.I have trusted issues and me trusting you is important to me.Shes the reason I'm still with greater love. If you want a good aid ask for Priscilla McCullough.

  My mom receive greater love service she has all day services care.Samantha Anderson is a lifesaver she does everything for my mom how she likes it ,she very organized and my mom is hard to please.Samantha rock.

  Just an overall pleasant experience. My family was supposed to help me care for my elderly mother, but really didn't do a good job at all. the office and administrators assured me that they would work with my niece that was still on the case, and provide their own aides to offer additional help. I was able to take a vacation and know that mom is taken care of which was something I hadn't been able to do in years. How they worked with her to make sure she was getting the additional attention she required (I know she can be really picky) and worked with my niece to make sure she knew what to due was truly remarkable. Waaay different then the other agencies we've been with. I would def recommend them - and already have!

  Would put 0 stars but can't. This company was reported to Adult Protective Services 5 times in one month because their Aids left my Mom, who has Dementia alone. They either did not show up for their shift or left before the next shift arrived. You could not reach the company by phone they didn't answer or return messages. One of their aids, Felicia stole from Mom & lied on official hospital documents about an incident involving my Mom when Felicia wasn't even at the house, she was over an hour late for her shift. If you care about your loved one stay away from any agency owned by Augie Wallace.
