  Greater Love health care is not reliable. The workers come in late & always on the phone and they trump up the hours just to meet there quota. The nurse was still on the clock after she left her client. She told her supervisor said. Clock out @6. Wen she got there @1:30 suppose to been there 9am. Communication is a must & nobody calls wen the nurse is running late.

  Greater Love is a great company. I have been a client for 2+ years. They are interested in pairing up the proper aides.They listen to my complaints. Update, 2021. After almost 4yrs, I have been left without an aide 80 hours. There seems to be no concern. No return of calls or texts. Communication is absent. No check in's at all. Very disappointed!!!

  After working with them for a little over 2 year with caring for my grandmother. There is no better support team around. The guys in their office on West Chester pike made everything seamless from clocking in & even providing a replacement when I needed a break or vacation. Thank you

  Would put 0 stars but can't. This company was reported to Adult Protective Services 5 times in one month because their Aids left my Mom, who has Dementia alone. They either did not show up for their shift or left before the next shift arrived. You could not reach the company by phone they didn't answer or return messages. One of their aids, Felicia stole from Mom & lied on official hospital documents about an incident involving my Mom when Felicia wasn't even at the house, she was over an hour late for her shift. If you care about your loved one stay away from any agency owned by Augie Wallace.

  Very unprofessional business they screen people calls on top of that you think you getting paid one thing but they taking a dollar or two on what it supposed to be. ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR CAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW IF IT WAS UP TO ME THEY WOULDNT GET A STAR AT ALL.
