- TSTiffany SFeb 11, 20241.0Constant misinformation. I called a month before a trip overseas, asking if I could have an advance on a certain medication. I was unable to refill on the other side of the globe and I was going to run out. While it was a controlled substance, the pharmacist said this would not be a problem. After all, it was mere days before my prescription renewal. Fast forward three days before my trip, I spoke with the other pharmacist and they said “absolutely not!” I was panicked, sobbing, thinking that I was to be without my medication. I begged that he call the pharmacist that said yes and he begrudgingly obliged, refilled the med, and gave me a lecture. A similar instance happened today, I received misinformation and they called and backpedaled. Don’t trust them. They’re either incompetent or they don’t care. They have zero sympathy and I’m definitely going elsewhere.
