  I just had such a great experience at urgent care and felt like I needed to share it. Norma at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. It made such a difference when I wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Heather was just as wonderful—she really listened to me, took her time, and made sure I felt heard and cared for. She was thorough with my vitals and overall care, and I never felt rushed. It’s not often you come across such compassionate, attentive people in healthcare, and I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received today. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Thank you to all the Great Women. Put a SMILE on my face.

  The receptionist was warm and friendly even though it was close to closing time. The Drs assistant was thorough, friendly and professional. The Dr himself was terrific and also thorough. The entire experience was surprisingly quick. Thank you!
