This is the worst company to deal with. Since moving to the new location, I had nothing but issues. Wrong products sent, and billing errors. They actually sent me to a collection agency for $9.96 non-payment. I had to physically return incorrect products and was credited then. Which is why I refused this bill. Their mistake, but to keep my good credit rating, I will have to suck it up and pay.
I just had a perfect phone call to get some new supplies. Person at Grand View was pleasant and helpful and took care of everything within minutes.

Everytime I call with a question, I get a machine that states that I will get a call back within 24 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago. Don't bother calling.

Shady is the best word I can use to describe that business. Read the reviews.
In December of 2019, I exchanged an old C-Pap for a new one. I was instructed on its use by Donna Lynn, a consummate professional who took the time to answer all questions and provide helpful suggestions. Her affable manner, kindness, and competence were exemplary. I could not have been more pleased.
