Always instructive and shows me how to care for my hearing aids
I had such an amazing experience at Momentum Hearing Aid Services. I originally went in hoping to get a hearing aid and I left with something that truly changed my life. I chose ReSound, and I can honestly say I’m hearing things I’ve never noticed before, like clapping and everyday sounds I didn’t realize I was missing. It’s been such an incredible adjustment in the best way. What really stood out to me was how much the team genuinely cared. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and not just like another appointment. They even gave my daughter a little toy to keep her busy, which meant so much and made the whole visit easier and more personal.
The whole experience felt warm and welcoming like family. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and for improving my quality of life.
I highly recommend Momentum to anyone considering hearing aids. You’ll be in great hands!

It has been a little over a year since my PCP referred me to Momentum Hearing Aid Services (MH) to be evaluated for hearing loss. I was evaluated and it was determined that I could benefit from a hearing aid. So, I purchased and was fitted with a Resound Nexia 9 hearing aid.
As a first-time hearing aid user, I had no experience with how long it should take to be able to use it comfortably. I thought the inability to wear the hearing aid for longer than a few hours at a time was a normal part of the process. At the urging of MH staff there were lots of adjustments/ideas on how to address this issue.
Despite following all the MH technicians' instructions (using specialized ear drops, gradually increasing usage, etc.) and changes to the hearing aid itself (smaller top, custom silicone ear mold), I am still not able to wear the hearing aid without pain. At my final appointment, MH staff had no suggestion for any additional steps to take.
Several months into this process, I requested a refund for the cost of the hearing aid. I was informed that I was beyond the 60-day money back period and no refund was given. They strung me along for months with the hope that we could make my hearing aid work for me without pain. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment with another company for a second opinion, it was clear that the hearing aid MH had sold me was not appropriate for my body.
So, I am left with a nearly $4,000 hearing aid that I cannot use because of the pain it causes me. I suggest you avoid Momentum Hearing Aid Services and if you do decide to work with them never go beyond any refund period for any reason.
