  I could not have had a more positive experience at Miracle Ear in Harrisburg. Kelly is kind, compassionate and so supportive. She guided me through the hearing evaluation, and helped me to choose the best type of hearing aid for my needs. Also she has been so supportive during the follow up process. She is a warm, caring and sincere person who truly wants to help her clients have a better quality of life through improved hearing. If you are feeling anxiety about this process I would highly recommend you make an appointment at this office.   The office was busy with a patient and short staffed yet Kelly helped us out by taking a moment to address a quick question and helped us make an appointment the next day! She was so diligent and solved the problem.

  Debbie Cortez a month ago My mom is 89 years old with on-set of dementia which was getting worse because of her inability to hear conversations is very much similar to yours. (She had hearing aids for a number of years which seemed to not function well, despite having awesome insurance). Like your. Mother, she could not even hear with them in and therefore she stopped wearing them. After a number of visits, she can't seem to get a new set of hearing aides, only asking her to keep replacing batteries. The next visit I will ask for an appointment with Dr. John Banushi at the HBG office. Awesome review and recommendation and thank you. Litho Ware
