She stated that she was unable to access my account and the visit was not put in the system correctly, thereby causing a longer wait time to get checked in. Then she kept referring to everything being the same as last year and I didn’t remember what I was the same from last year because I didn’t have that information right at my disposal. The doctor was good and I was glad that the testing was provided. I didn’t get eyedrop in my eye or my pupils dilated to do those tests so I’m wondering why those tests weren’t done.
