The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful—she communicated with the doctor immediately and even checked in with me via phone to see how I was progressing on my way there. Despite being the last appointment of the day and arriving late, the doctor was so sweet and patient. He took his time, thoroughly discussed my eye issues, and was even joking around with my husband. Exceptional service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They then billed my exam to Medicare resulting in me having to pay for some services that my insurance always covered. Eye doctor really seemed like she didn't want to be there. From the moment you walk through the door, he makes you feel completely at ease. His wit, warmth, and genuine personality turn what could be a routine appointment into something you actually look forward to. He explains everything clearly, never rushes you, and somehow manages to make the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a doctor who blends professionalism with such a fun, comforting presence, but Dr. Whitlock does it effortlessly. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who truly cares, keeps you laughing, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish, Dr. Whitlock is absolutely the one to see. My only complaint would be to have the staff person checking you in be a little more welcoming and friendly.
