    I could not have had a more positive experience at Miracle Ear in Harrisburg. Kelly is kind, compassionate and so supportive. She guided me through the hearing evaluation, and helped me to choose the best type of hearing aid for my needs. Also she has been so supportive during the follow up process. She is a warm, caring and sincere person who truly wants to help her clients have a better quality of life through improved hearing. If you are feeling anxiety about this process I would highly recommend you make an appointment at this office.     Came here for my grandma and the service was very quick. Kelly was kind and worked with us to figure out what was going on with my grandma’s hearing aids. She was able to fix them in less then 10 min

    Digital hearing technology continues to improve but application of that technology varies for each individual and without a knowledgeable technician, the results can be disappointing. I have had hearing aids for over thirty years and have dealt with many technicians. Jayson Bailey, at the Miracle-Ear Office on Jonestown Road, is one of the best. His expertise and determination to provide the best result possible make the difference between improved hearing and amazing hearing. He is an asset to Miracle-Ear.
