They were bent and the screw was out and I thought they were broken. I was so upset and didn’t have backups. Imagine my relief when their employee was able to fix them for me within like a minute! I really appreciated that! She even cleaned them! What a gal! She genuinely changed my whole day! She was very professional and quick and kind, I wish I had asked her name so I could say it.
