Maddy was extremely extraordinary. Her customer service is exceptionally caring as she went above and beyond my expectation for the need of contact lenses. Beautiful experience.

This was the most pleasant, professional visit to Lenscrafters I've ever experienced. The entrance into the store was comforting not rushed by sales presentation. I was able to tour the selection of lenses and call for help when I was ready and rest was history. My complete pair of glasses are incredible and I'm very satisfied.

I didn’t catch the eye doctors name (had some green in his hair) but he was great. Communicative and patient and made sure I understood everything he was saying. I picked the first pair of frames the lady suggested which is wild because looking at them on the shelf I would never consider them. She was very patient and friendly. Overall a great experience aside from them pushing my appt back 20 minutes and not telling me (not that big of a deal) and very happy with my glasses!

As usual there are not enough staff members in place to cover the retail side and their training is sadly lacking. It’s not that they aren’t pleasant but they are stretched too thin. A simple change within the 30 day window took more than 40 minutes and people coming in after us were taken before us. It simply doesn’t live up to the LensCrafters standards of the past.

Steven was new but very helpful and polite ringing me up for an office visit. He was very patient and a fast learner! I had a very good visit because of him and the doctor.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
