I picked the first pair of frames the lady suggested which is wild because looking at them on the shelf I would never consider them. She was very patient and friendly. Overall a great experience aside from them pushing my appt back 20 minutes and not telling me (not that big of a deal) and very happy with my glasses!

It’s not that they aren’t pleasant but they are stretched too thin. A simple change within the 30 day window took more than 40 minutes and people coming in after us were taken before us.
