  This is the worst pharmacy. Medication is never ready when they say. Very rude pharmacy technicians.

  The pharmacist in Kline village is the worst pharmacist in the state she argues with customers and over talks the customer and is extremely rude and then tries to call the customer out as being rude and disrespectful.l she puts you on hold for more than 20 minutes and they also refuse to answer the phone. The manager was contacted and he didn't seem to care what I was saying and just walked over to transfer my call. The pharmacist also attempts to refill medications without any request and contacts your insurance for authorization when there is no refill request. I would stay clear of this pharmacy as long as the current pharmacist is there she needs to learn to respect all customers and could use a lesson on respect and customer service I would not recommend her to work in a field of customer service. They need to gel back the old pharmacist Al who got to know his customers and was never rude not disrespectful

  They require you actually have the prescription sent in to them before they will even tell you if they have it in stock, claiming that's required. Literally no one else requires that. And considering the prescriptions are out due to a shortage, there's no way a Dr could get away with sending scripts of controlled substances to every pharmacy in the area just to find out IF it's in stock. They have to account for every single one of those prescriptions they write. The DEA would have a thing or two to say if they were writing a dozen copies of the same prescription.

  Always efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Willing to answer my questions. Even near closing time they never hesitate to help.
