I have been coming to this practice for years. Between 2019 and 2021, everything ran smoothly, but since the COVID-19 pandemic, this place has become a total disaster.
There are constant cancellations and rescheduling. On multiple occasions, they have switched scheduled cavity work for simple cleanings at the last minute.
They are severely understaffed, relying on only one General Dentist (DDS/DMD) who cancels the entire day’s appointments whenever they take time off, showing zero regard for the patients' schedules. Furthermore, the support staff performs cleanings in the absence of the dentist just to avoid canceling more appointments.
"Given the high demand, they desperately need more dentists to fix the poor service quality".
I am already looking into better-rated alternatives in the area, like Kearns & Ashby Pediatric Dentistry, to avoid these ongoing issues.

I waited 8 months for my baby's appointment, and two days before, they canceled it and didn't reschedule. I do not recommend them. …..
They answered something below, but if I wait for another schedule my baby will no longer be a baby and we won’t need them anymore, so THAAAAANK YOU for nothing!

Recently they’ve been canceling and rescheduling appointments. My daughter’s annual cleaning has been pushed back twice now because of “the doctors schedule”
They used to be pretty consistent and good about keeping appointments but this keeps disrupting our schedule with having to switch work hours now.

What causes toothaches?
There are many different factors that can cause tooth discoloration. An abnormally colored tooth is anything other than the yellowish-white to the white color of normal teeth. The factors that contribute to tooth color include congenital conditions, genetics, infections, and environmental factors. Abnormal color and shape may be caused by a malfunction in body processes. Some of these factors can influence the way your child’s enamel is formed, while others simply stain the enamel. Teeth may be uniformly discolored or it may appear as spots or lines in enamel. In addition, discolored areas may have a different density and porosity than normal enamel. The color and hardness of enamel can also be affected by drugs or medications taken by either the child during the time of tooth development or by the mother while pregnant.
At what age should my child stop thumb-sucking?
Thumb sucking is a normal habit for many children. Its peak occurrence is at about age two and it can be an important source of pleasure for an infant or toddler. This habit is usually nothing to worry about since your child will usually outgrow the habit. However, if they continue to suck their thumb past age 4, dental problems such as malocclusion may occur.
