(They called me 9 times prior to my visit to validate my insurance and or confirm my appointment. They could have alerted in one of those) The day I went their video technology was down so it would have been a phone call. They offered me a new appointment on one fo the days the doctor was in. Fine. The end of the day before Thanksgiving. Wasn't happy but whatever. The staff seemed somewhat pleasant that visit. Came back for my appointment. The female eye doctor was rude as hell. Not only spoke to me like a high school principal speaks to a kid, Between the valley girl voice and attitude as she stood there somewhat impatiently with hands on her hips as i tried on the contacts she gave. Made me feel like I was the inconvenience to her. Wild. Like my time isn't as valuable. The guy closing me out maybe said 3 words until it came time to sell me more stuff than I needed. All fairness, it was end of day for him and he had to work with that doctor all day, the day before Thanksgiving. I would have been grouchy too. Attitude aside. Protip. Dont run a eye doc place "virtually". Its not what people pay for. Wont be back again.
