Carol and Jackie were very helpful in accomplishing this and setting my first meeting with Pamela. After completing a much overdue hearing test, Pamela made numerous adjustments to my hearing aids. Those changes were excellent. Prior to this visit I was not even sure the aids were making a difference, but now I can really "hear" the difference. I wish I had switched offices sooner. Thanks all for making me feel at home and thanks Pamela for making my hearing significantly better than before. Pat
