- TATim Graves. CRITTERS IN MY AREASep 4, 20255.0After numotion fixes the casters on my wheelchair I'm dumping them. I've been waiting since March for the parts. They showed up and couldn't fix it so they ordered different parts. They showed up again with the wrong parts. They got the parts in and was scheduled to show up today. 9-4-25 but never showed up, never called and never returned my phone calls. the my Numotion app now says the technician reported missing parts but still nobody informed me. I had national seating and mobility when I lived in buck's County and they were excellent. Now I'm in carbon County and really hope this National seating and mobility will take me as a client in the future.

I’ve been in a wheelchair my entire life and had many Companies throughout the years National Seating and Mobility is by far the best. I am so thankful for everyone especially John. Also, they have taught me many things that I did not know that I qualified for due to my disability. Thank you
