Used to be connect hearing. “These Lady’s are great in my book, Allison will call you back when you call and they couldn’t answer ( busy ) and Kate fixes everything. I have back up hearing aids, and broke both my front runners and the back ups. All in a week. They got me in the Monday before Christmas and fixed my aids ( both sets ). I been to others before these guys. , always a wait a few days. Not hearing what I need. Love these two. They just make it happen. You can trust they are there for you!

I’ve worn hearing aids my whole life and anytime I’ve had hearing aid issues in the past I’ve had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to Wexford and drop off my hearing aid and be without a hearing aid for a day or two. BUT NOT HERE. I called from work and asked if they could get me in to look at my hearing aid to see why it suddenly stopped working. Allison was so nice to say I could bring it in ASAP and they’d look at it right away. I seriously thought it was too good to be true. I came in within 10 minutes since it’s conveniently located 5 minutes from where I work. As soon as I came in Kate, looked at it and adjusted the wire and fixed it within 5 minutes. And even better, Kate the audiologist has worn hearing aids her whole life just like myself, so she understands exactly how devastating it is for your hearing aid to stop working and not being able to hear. It was such a personable and humbling visit. I will for sure be coming back here and be a repeating customer. I’m so grateful for Allison and Kate and I want them to know just how thankful I am! I am so excited to have found a hearing aid center as kind and generous as this place!
