- LSLaura SonneyJul 21, 20251.0Would not recommend going here for many reasons. I do agree that the staff is friendly, but nice only gets you so far. There are far better places in the surrounding areas to receive physical therapy. Everything seemed very cookie cutter, and the staff (all 3 of the therapists that I saw) did not seem overly concerned that what they were having me do caused tears on multiple occasions, nor did they stop what they were doing even during my tears to readjust what they were doing or figure out something else to do. After a handful of sessions, I finally decided that I needed to switch to a different place in the Shenango Valley because according to their words I “wasn’t making progress.” (Safe to say that wasn’t my fault in any capacity.) I also needed to make sure I was protecting myself and my healing post surgery. 0/10 would recommend.
