I learned so much that was never ever told to me from cleaning and was told for 15 yrs I just needed an amplifier in left ear because of hearing loss. She gave me options and the one was to try a regular hearing aid in my left ear . She explained sometimes it works and sometimes not , but it has helped me tremendously. I loved the fact she listened to my previous problems and gave me options. She was a God Sent to me . There are not enough words to share to how blessed that my friends gave me her name.
