Dr. Gretchen made me feel so comfortable during our sessions. I worked with her virtually during covid, and her expertise was apparent even through a screen. She knew micro adjustments that needed to be made and coached me kindly and effectively! I look forward to more work with Resilient Motherhood in the near future! This type of specialized care doesn't exist elsewhere.

I have been working with Dr. Gretchen for about 1.5 months now and cannot recommend her enough. I first came to Resilient Motherhood because I wanted to lose my mom pooch and heal my diastasis recti. There is so much conflicting information out there on what kind of exercise to do that I finally had enough and decided to work with a PT group that specifically works with the postpartum population.
In this brief time, I have already repaired my DR and have seen great results toward my goal of losing the pooch! I have noticed an improved strength in my core and am so excited. My confidence has already grown significantly.
Dr. Gretchen is so kind and friendly and lovely to work with. I’ve never felt anything but empowered and supported by her and I love how flexible she is with our scheduling- whether it’s in person or virtual sessions. She and Dr. Kailee understand the chaos that can be the schedule of a parent of a toddler! :)
All of the exercises assigned feel very do-able and are tailored to where I am in my progress at any given time. The time is well worth the effort of doing the exercises daily, because I’ve gotten results!!! Thank you both for what you do!

Resilient Motherhood is a 12/10 for me. Dr. Gretchen made me feel so comfortable and made it so easy with my newborn. I felt like I knew her for years. With each concern I brought to her she was able to explain exactly how to remedy it and broke down each movement so I understood everything. I feel much more confident going forward in my postpartum journey. I recommend them to any new mom or women struggling with any pelvic floor concerns! Thank you so much for your care!

I highly recommend Dr Kailee! She helped me prepare for childbirth and recover after. Her Whole Core program helped me get back to running after natural childbirth.

I really believe Kailee is the best PFPT in our region. I'd seen two other PTs before Kailee who were well intentioned but never really resolved my issues. I could tell from our first session that Kailee had a different approach and would help me identify root causes. I'd also gone through different online programs for POP and diastasis but was generally overwhelmed by them. Nothing beats an in-person assessment and guidance! Looking forward to working w/ her through any future pregnancies. Good to know -- if you have an HSA you can use it to pay for sessions
Frequently Asked Questions About Resilient Women's Health - Greensburg
What commonly causes hormone imbalance in women?
Common causes of hormone imbalance in women can include factors such as stress, certain medications, lifestyle habits, medical conditions, and changes in reproductive hormones during different life stages. That said, every woman is unique, and it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional like Dr. Kailee to determine the underlying cause of your specific hormone imbalance.
Do you offer virtual women’s healthcare appointments?
Yes! At Resilient, we know it can be hard to make time for another appointment, but it’s so important that you don’t neglect your own health. That’s why it’s important for us to offer virtual sessions as well. Same amazing care, from your home!
Can visceral manipulation help me with symptoms caused by hormone imbalance?
Yes, visceral manipulation can potentially aid in alleviating symptoms triggered by hormone imbalance, especially after pregnancy. By targeting specific areas in the body that may be affected by hormonal changes, visceral manipulation (or visceral mobilization) can help restore balance and improve overall well-being. However, it is important to remember that every individual's body responds differently to treatments, so consulting with a healthcare professional like Dr. Kailee is crucial in determining the right course of action for your specific needs.
My PMS and period cycles are different after having children. Is this normal?
Yes, changes in PMS and period cycles after having children are common and considered normal – however, this does not mean that any discomfort or pain should be ignored. Pregnancy and childbirth can alter hormone levels and affect the regularity of your cycles, leading to changes in PMS symptoms and the duration/flow of your period. If you experience severe or abnormal symptoms, it's important to speak to someone like Dr. Kailee.
