She listens attentively and answers all your questions. She never makes you feel rushed. My husband and I have been working with Eli Sams for a few years now. He is so kind and patient. Eli knows how to help you find the best eyeglass frames that not only fit your face, but are flattering and meet the criteria you are looking for in terms of how you want to present yourself. He always has a positive and upbeat personality and never makes you feel rushed or that you are a bother.

He told me the frames were bendable it will take a week. So i spent a week of work wth glasses hanging off my nose. Now i need to pay a babysitter and waste gas again to go to mall to get glasses fitted yet again. I specified in beginning they were too loose. Thanks for the extra expense and inconvenience. Why bother to ask if they were ok . You brushed it off when i already said clearly it was not fitting correctly.
