- TETammy EliasJan 19, 20191.0My mother is totally disabled. She is new to dialysis. She has been relying on GO west.. to get her to and from. They didn’t take her wheel chair last week so apparently they had to borrow a one from the unit. When I met the guy to get her off the bus he said the wheelchair was hers. So we have been using it to transport her back and forth all week. Not having races up and the street!!! Today they more than one of them accused my mother of stealing it. When I got there to pick her up. She was shaking and crying said they said she stole the wheelchair. Are you kidding me. How rude are you. She has a chair at home no reason to STEAL one. Maybe if they focused more on patients care than calling my mother a thief. W e will be looking for somewhere else to go shame on all of you. dialysis is a life changing experience and then to be called a thief shove the wheelchair up your “””
