- JFJeanette FoxNov 20, 20251.0Be ware if you are one of our older citizens. They will smoothly have you sign things without letting you read it. They will force you to do the retina scan when it is optional. They will not explain your charges. They will try to max out your insurance coverage. They will tell you you have your prescription and not give them to you. Abrasive was used by another reviewer and is correct. My parents felt bullied and taken advantage of by slick sales tactics to rack up charges. They will gaslight you as well when you try to get things corrected. They would also rather someone come with older citizens of PA rather than have to treat them with respect to allow them independence. This place should learn better customer service skills and how to respect people.

The Eye doctor was absolutely wonderful and sweet. She explained every detail of my exam and offered suggestions. I highly recommend having your eye exam at this location!!!

- KKKylee KimmelSep 28, 20181.0Let me start by saying the doctor was fantastic! Unfortunately everything was downhill after the exam. The two people working in the showroom very obviously couldn’t stand each other; this made for an awkward frame browsing experience. And the gentleman who was helping actually snapped at me a couple of times! At other times he was very helpful and knew his stuff so I think he was just super frustrated by his colleague. Ultimately I didn’t end of buying anything for the following reasons: 1) my eyes were dilated so even though I think I loved the pair I had picked out I wasn’t confident in my blurred perspective, 2) they actually sell you the frame off the wall! I’m used to a new, never been worn frame being ordered, 3) I would have had to pay for the entire order today. I’m used to putting down like 50% and then paying the balance when the glasses are ready for pickup, and 4) I wanted to get the heck out of that weird atmosphere! I’ll be taking my prescription elsewhere for frames.
