- EPEmi PinkshoesJul 28, 20252.0The store is clean and organized, but the customer service was unacceptable. I was there around 6:15 PM on a quiet Sunday with no lines, and no one but me at checkout. There were two cashier lanes open plus the self checkout. I went to the cashier checkout as I find it more efficient. The cashier Cody, didn’t greet me, when I said “hello”, didn’t make eye contact, and barely responded when I asked a question. After ringing me up, she simply walked away to clean a different register instead of helping me bag my groceries —even though I was the only customer. I don’t expect them to bag my groceries but usually they help. When I said I couldn’t reach the rest of my groceries, she vaguely mentioned a button at the end of the bagging area to lean against to move the items closer and turned away and kept cleaning. It was clear she had no interest in helping. If you don’t like basic interactions and helping customers you probably shouldn’t be customer facing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a grocery store. I thought I’d give this store a shot. But if this is how they treat you, then I’ll stick to the store closer to my house.
