  Was approaching the left entrance (floral/pharmacy) on Thursday 4/9 when I noticed an older gentleman ahead of me using two walking canes and appeared to be struggling. He asked an employee where he could get a cart. The employee pointed and said “around the corner”. The carts were behind a pillar and were not visible. The employee never offered to get one for the gentleman or offer any assistance. I then grabbed one for him. I was truly disappointed in the lack of customer service offered to this gentleman who clearly needed some assistance. When it comes to customer service this Acme clearly needs to do better. I reported this incident to the night manager but am not convinced it will be dealt with.

  The store is clean and organized, but the customer service was unacceptable. I was there around 6:15 PM on a quiet Sunday with no lines, and no one but me at checkout. There were two cashier lanes open plus the self checkout. I went to the cashier checkout as I find it more efficient. The cashier Cody, didn’t greet me, when I said “hello”, didn’t make eye contact, and barely responded when I asked a question. After ringing me up, she simply walked away to clean a different register instead of helping me bag my groceries —even though I was the only customer. I don’t expect them to bag my groceries but usually they help. When I said I couldn’t reach the rest of my groceries, she vaguely mentioned a button at the end of the bagging area to lean against to move the items closer and turned away and kept cleaning. It was clear she had no interest in helping. If you don’t like basic interactions and helping customers you probably shouldn’t be customer facing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a grocery store. I thought I’d give this store a shot. But if this is how they treat you, then I’ll stick to the store closer to my house.

  The Pharmacy Does A Great Job. If Don’t Have Your Meds They Can Order Them. The Hole Team Helps Out With Your Drug. And They Will Find It. Depends On Insurance You Have Of Course.. Like I Said Great Team To Work With..👏…
