  Horrible billing team! I was willing to pay the online self pay at time of service service but theur team was short staffed and nobidy was at the front desk. The nurse assured my physician would bill me and get the typical $49 CMP rate. I was billed DOUBLE the rate by Quest when my physician kicked back the bill that they shouldn't have received. In true disgusting fashion, Quest said they "cannot adjust the rate" once they issue a bill. A customer of 15 years is now a Labcorp customer!
