  I loved this pharmacy and even recommended them to friends and family. However, recently there has been a new male pharmacist there and every time he’s working there’s a problem with my prescriptions. Today I was told I couldn’t fill a script until 2/16 I asked if it was him dictating that decision or my insurance? He got mad and said “it’s your insurance and I can print it out and show you. I said ok. I knew it wasn’t too soon so I called my insurance. My insurance company acknowledged an error on their part and fixed it. Told me to call the pharmacy and ask them to run again and it’ll go thru no problems. I called the pharmacy back and the pharmacist didn’t like that I did that apparently because he said “no. I’m not filling it until the 16th”. I said ok that’s fine. Got off the phone and called and transferred all my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Everything went perfect and my prescription was ready in about an hour. Ever since this man has started here it seems like he thinks he is in charge of everything. I think someone should tell him to go back to med school to become an actual dr if he wants to assume that role. Hopefully Giant will get this person out of their pharmacy before he costs them anymore business!

  The pharmacists here are always outstanding. It’s not always easy to find a genuinely kind and sincere pharmacist. It relieves so much stress knowing how willing they are to help you in anyway they can and they are extremely knowledgeable doing it.
