A simple, "I'm sorry, we cannot do exchanges from other store." Would've been fine. Not ranting at me about how you are a franchise, you're take a loss, an saying NO over and over again. Never giving that GNC my money.....ever.

I went into GNC and Stephanie has taken the time and used her knowledge and experience to recommend specific supplements for me. Now I feel absolutely amazing and am very happy that they have worked as well as they have. The staff is extremely knowledgeable helpful and friendly and I would extremely recommend this store because of it.
