Club Pilates Frazer is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and management at this Club Pilates location.
Members pay a premium price for a membership here, yet it’s nearly impossible to get assistance. The front desk is almost never staffed, which makes it very difficult to ask questions or get help with anything related to your account.
At one point the studio even sent an email saying they were hiring for front desk help. I responded expressing interest and never received a response — which unfortunately seems consistent with the level of communication they provide.
Trying to cancel my membership has been an even bigger headache. I called on March 1st to cancel, but no one answered (not surprising given the lack of front desk staff), and their voicemail mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. I then called another location for guidance and was told to send both a text and an email to the Frazer studio.
The following night around 7:30 PM I finally received a call about my cancellation request. I was told that because of their 30-day notice policy, my cancellation would take effect April 1st, meaning I would need to pay for another month. However, I contacted them on March 1st, and 30 days from that date would make my final day March 31st.
During that call I asked if the manager could contact me to discuss the situation. I was assured that they would reach out. A day passed with no response. Then another. Then a third. I followed up again via text mentioning that I had been told I would receive both a cancellation email and a call from the manager, and neither had happened.
The Whiteland location even sent a reminder to the Frazer GM to contact me, yet the only response I received was a generic cancellation email stating that I will still be billed again in April.
It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such poor communication, especially when members are paying a premium for this service. The lack of responsiveness from management and the inability to reach someone at the studio makes what should be a simple process unnecessarily difficult.

I just started pilates a 2 months ago and I absolutely love this location! In fact, I only book at Frazer now. The classes are pretty open if you schedule a week out. I have tried all of the level 1 and 1.5 classes and they are all awesome! I have to give a shout of to Kristin, she is amazing!! She's a very bright person and it feels like the class flies by, she is very engaging and good at helping make adjustments without making you feel like you're interrupting class by needing some help. Love her! 10/10 recommend this location!

I’ve decided to cancel my membership after recent changes in management. The new policies feel extremely rigid and have taken away much of the flexibility that originally made Club Pilates appealing. The classes often being full, I often find myself waitlisted, which makes it difficult to maintain a consistent routine. Unfortunately, the overall experience has declined, and it no longer feels worth continuing my membership.

I want to warn anyone considering a membership at Club Pilates Frazer about my experience, because I paid for services that I was never actually able to access. The biggest issues were:
• Workshops were always full, meaning I could never take advantage of them to level up.
• Private sessions were unavailable for nearly a month.
• Despite my professional background as a Doctor in Physical Therapy, I was denied advancement after asking three different instructors.
These problems made it impossible for me to receive the full value of what I paid for.
Workshops and private sessions are advertised as part of the membership, yet they were essentially off-limits because of poor scheduling and lack of availability. For nearly an entire month, I couldn’t book the private sessions that I was promised. On top of that, the workshops—which are marketed as a benefit—were consistently full, no matter how early I tried to register.
When it came to progressing to a higher level class, I was especially frustrated. I am a licensed Doctor in Physical Therapy, and I repeatedly asked instructors to advance me to a level that matched my experience and abilities. Despite approaching three different instructors, I was denied advancement each time without clear reasoning. This left me stuck in classes that didn’t challenge me and didn’t match my training or background.
I understand that contracts exist, but this is not about the contract—it’s about fairness. No contract excuses a business from failing to provide the services promised. I paid for a membership that I could not reasonably use as it was advertised, and that is simply unacceptable.
If you’re thinking about joining Club Pilates Frazer, be aware that you may not get access to the full scope of services you’re paying for or it may take three full months to reach your full potential. My experience was a clear case of overpromising and underdelivering, and I would caution anyone from making the same mistake I did.
