  I have been working with Main Line Fertility for a couple of months now and it’s been such a wonderful experience. From step one, meeting Dr Alexa was amazing. She explained everything, took time to answer our questions and after I got all of the recommended testing completed, she met with us again and gave amazing insight that truly helped in so many ways. I will always love working with MLF. On our first IUI and in the TWW, hoping that it works!

  I do feel bad leaving a negative review, but I feel it's necessary with the level of service I've been receiving. The in-office experience is not bad and the doctors are obviously very experienced and trustworthy. But the patient-service when you're not in the office is awful. Just calling the office to talk to someone on the care team is a hassle. The front office seldom answers the phone and when they transfer you to the medical teams, its going to voicemail 95% of the time. The voicemail promises a callback within 1 hour if a voicemail is left before 3pm. Today, I've left 3 voicemails starting at 8:30am and have yet to get a call back about an urgent matter involving time-sensitive medication. They even urge you to message the care team through the portal, and the response times are anything but timely.

  The level of unprofessionalism since the switch is astounding, starting with the women at the front desk check in, she is always unprepared with checking you in always has loud music or videos playing at one point she was face timing on her iPad with people sitting in the waiting area. The phlebotomy girls are day and night, Cheryl is not the nicest person and if you ask for a smaller needle her disposition will definitely show. Jane is good very quiet but sweet, nursing is kind Sarah Stacy and Lori are great. But it's so uncomfortable hearing the front desk yelling and talking about patient with Cheryl out loud it's very disturbing.
