- DJDon JuanNov 28, 20251.0Fri.Nov.28th around 6pm,i brought back my freestyle libre sensors to the pharmacy because i received a message from the company saying there was a recall,i brought them in and the guy working says with a little bit of an attitude didn't you just call? I said no and explained about the message from the company,then im told i have to contact the company to have them replaced ..so i ask can i get purchase two new ones and he immediately cops an attitude about my question. when i ask why am i left with the responsibility of returning them to the company,with an attitude tells me its not our fault.Seems pretty simple,your company sold me defective sensors…..Then re explains that the company recalled them….yeah i get that fact but he could've dropped the super shitty attitude.Usually people here are friendlier. Plus, it still makes absolutely no sense to me that you can’t just sell me two new ones, these are prescription and I get that, so now I won’t have my prescription until the company refills these,, real Shitty business practice by this company, or maybe just him and his attitude
