  CLOSED NO LONGER OPEN. I went and the sign was removed and the building was empty. Phone number no longer worked. So super frustrating that I drove a half hour round trip and they couldn’t bother shutting down their google business account

  I scheduled a few days ahead of time, signed in to the kiosk in the building, waited about ten minutes past my scheduled time. The staff were friendly, professional, and it was overall a positive experience.

  Had an appt for my Mother at 9:30 and got called back a little after 10. 30 mins is way too long to wait for a fasting senior with medical issues. It’s not the phlebotomists fault. Quest stop trying to cut corners . Please get some more help at your collection sites. Having one person do it all creates more pressure and more mistakes. Once my Mother was called back the process went smooth and fairly quickly so I gave 2 stars.

  Another “had an appointment but site was closed”. Waited 30 min along with several others before giving up.

  This place for lack of a better term blows, I've been waiting for an hour when it was supposed to be a 20 minute wait, nobody answers the phone to schedule appointments, waist of time
