I consider myself a loyal consumer and rarely venture outside my usual spots, but I’m glad I did as I was blown away by their frame selection. On top of that, I received outstanding customer service from Syuzanna. Although she was assisting another customer when I arrived, she still took the time to warmly acknowledge me and let me know I was welcome to try on any frames. As I browsed, I noticed how professional and attentive she was with the other customer, and it was truly impressive. Once she finished, she turned her attention to me and provided the same excellent service. While I was thrilled to find a great pair of glasses, I was even more impressed by the level of care and attention I received, which was second to none.

Dr Decker and the staff in the retail store always provide exceptional service and I would never go anywhere else for eye care. I give them 10 stars for their friendly service and great attitude. The facility itself is where improvement is needed. It was a 90 plus degree day outside and it is very obvious that there is an issue with the air conditioning in the building. With all the glass on the storefront, it is not an exaggeration to say it was probably north of 100 degrees inside the building. As I was being taken care of, an elderly woman entered the store and had to leave after only a few minutes due to the unbearable heat inside the store. This not only places the staff in the awkward position of having to explain the terrible conditions to the customers but also puts them in the position of having to work in these conditions. The staff did not complain about it but it was obvious that it was affecting them. Something needs to be done by the company to rectify this situation in the store.
