The classes are great and everyone is amazing- special shout out to Amanda B and Amanda G, Lacey and Lauren, their classes are fun and challenging and each of them make me want to come back for more week after week! The unlimited membership is great and the available class times allow for me to get more classes in throughout the week. I haven’t taken a style of class I haven’t enjoyed. If you’ve been thinking about starting on a fitness journey that will enhance your physical and mental health, this place is absolutely one to do it!
