  The option on the Quest website to search various Quest locations simultaneously for appointment availability is a great feature. The check in kiosk was quick and easy to use. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

  Had an early appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Was out the door before my actual appointment time. No issues, very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

  I've been to the Quest in Exton twice and both times the same lady was so rude I was actually happy she didn't end up doing my blood work. 1st time they couldn't find my info in the system even though I showed proof it was sent on my end. A year later I had the info on my phone what I needed done through the patient portal and this time I apparently needed a physical paper copy. I have to remember not to go to the Exton Quest, West Chester is such a better option.

  Fast, but extremely rude. My wife brought paperwork just in case they needed it and they talked down to her like she made the biggest mistake ever. Truly unprofessional!
