Excellent experience. Needed to exchange a pair of glasses and they made it quick and painless. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best selection of glasses in the area.

Zac made getting my eye wear frames such a pleasant experience! He was professional and warm. It felt like he took a personal interest in my eye care all while assisting 3 other customers! He has considerable knowledge that helped me to make the right decision. His professional manner was excellent and the variety of frames at your store made this a very positive experience all around. All staff members were pleasant and attentive and I would highly recommend this store for superior professionalism and state of the art, quality product at a reasonable cost.

I had a terrible experience with the mixups, waiting weeks from my glasses, then the manager was absolutely rude. Note-I wrote a review about two months ago about Exton LensCrafters, it’s nowhere under these reviews. They pulled it that should give you a clue on how they operate.

Ruthann and Zach were absolutely amazing! I had never been to a LensCrafters prior, but this experience will definitely make me a return customer! I went in with a a problem with the arm of my glasses and they fixed it quickly and expertly! I would highly recommend for any glasses or contact wearers!

I went into LensCrafters to try on sunglasses frames before my upcoming appointment in a few weeks. It’s always a long process trying to choose so I thought I’d get that part out of the way. Imraan was very helpful as far as what frames would and wouldn’t work with my prescription and then let me take my time trying different ones. When I showed him what I picked out he put my selections in my account for future reference but then said he could check for an exam appointment today if I was free. He double checked my insurance to be sure the timing was correct so it would be covered, which I appreciated. The whole process was seamless and he was very professional and easygoing. All in all a great experience!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
