The owner and staff are all very welcoming and you will feel right at home, even if you have never taken a yoga class before. There are six different class formats so there really is a class for everyone. The studio is clean, staff and teachers are professional, and the members are very inviting. They offer different membership levels and no commitment “pay per class” options along with various workshops to deepen your yoga practice or to try something new.

They offer different styles of classes including some more classic yoga flows, and also one with weights and cardio. The 6-7 AM classes are perfect for getting a workout in before work.
- ASAditi SMar 27, 20245.0I came for an intro class and attended the sculpt and flow class. The class was challenging, but a great, full body workout! Just one note that it is heated so be more prepared for that than I was :) The real reason the studio shines for me is the small touches. The teacher and staff are so kind and welcoming! They even put a sign up to you if your first time or like me! The studio is clean and beautiful. After class you’re welcomed with cold towels. In general, the hospitality and warmth of a studio is what really makes me feel welcome and returning! I will definitely be back on my visits to Pennsylvania.
