I was really looking forward to the non UV-emitting red light therapy seen in total body enhancement machines at other locations and at their old Malvern location. I would’ve thought they kept their old machine and was very disappointed that they did not disclose that tanning is combined with the new machine. Gym is otherwise clean but has poor circulation and can feel stuffy. Good machines.

- TCTaylor ClewisOct 21, 20251.0The staff here is great. However, the women’s locker room is awful. First off it’s too small and the design is not made with women in mind. The showers are not separate from the toilets and sinks making it a very cold space to shower in and the curtains blow and move every time someone walks to the sinks. Second and the biggest issue I have, there is only one changing room, one. Who builds a women's locker room with only one changing room?! Besides this major design flaw the staff are friendly and the gym itself is pretty clean compared to other planet fitnesses I’ve seen but the gym itself is really small and there isn’t much space to do workouts/stretches that aren’t on a machine.
- FVFrank VOct 14, 20253.0This gym is very clean in the gym floor area and in the mens locker room. The equipment was in good working order with very few signs for equipment needing repairs. I noticed two areas that could use improvement. 1. They need more eqipment. Both the cardio machines and the weight machines are limited in quantity. You will find yourself waiting or really planning to use a piece of equipment. 2. A couple of times I had to wait a long time for people that were sitting on equipment having group conversations. They quickly finished and moved on when I asked if they were done. I just did not appreciate the dirty look when I asked.
