What can I say, this is our 2nd visit and 6 pairs of glasses in a month. Ruth Ann is the best and we will follow her.....only dislike about lenscrafters is that they flood your email over 25 emails a week.almost like they are trying to lose customers. You got me for 6 pairs of glasses isn't that enough

In the last two weeks, I have needed new nose guards and a repair after a slip in the snow left my left lens out of the glasses and the lower thin plastic strip broken. No popping the lens back in. Fortunately, Imraan at the Exton store took the most excellent care and customer service one could ever wish for. This store is run with the customer in mind and I know I will never need to look for another store to visit. I can recommend Imraan and his co-workers to anybody. You will most definitely be highly satisfied.

Absolute patience and kindness from every single staff member I have dealt with. It's a pleasure to see them - especially knowing I take FOREVER to select glasses. I gave them ample opportunities to tell me I am annoying but every one of them just laughed and said they were happy to help me. Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
