- FRfran rosinski1 day ago5.0I went into LensCrafters to try on sunglasses frames before my upcoming appointment in a few weeks. It’s always a long process trying to choose so I thought I’d get that part out of the way. Imraan was very helpful as far as what frames would and wouldn’t work with my prescription and then let me take my time trying different ones. When I showed him what I picked out he put my selections in my account for future reference but then said he could check for an exam appointment today if I was free. He double checked my insurance to be sure the timing was correct so it would be covered, which I appreciated. The whole process was seamless and he was very professional and easygoing. All in all a great experience!

They were patient, called my physician's office and are replacing the lenses that were incorrect. Never felt rushed and the entire staff is just so pleasant to deal with!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face. They adjusted my glasses for free and did an amazing job! I don’t live in the area but if I did I would go here for my next pair!
