Even their desk Agent Anthony stated “there’s a lot of issues at this location so I don’t blame you for leaving. I’m doing the same thing as Amanda she went to another location / gym because it’s terrible here”. If the staff members are making these comments to the customers than know this location is not worth it.

I went to get gas, came back and waited an additional half hour yet still nobody came to work. This has been an ongoing issue since I started going to this gym, nobody reliable to open in the morning and large turnover in staff.
