  This place is expensive, ($100 per month) but it is well worth it. The place is clean like a hospital. The people working here are experts at what they do. The exercise equipment room is enormous and has state of the art equipment. The equipment is to be sanitized after each use. There are personal trainers there to help you select the right equipment and use it correctly. There are three swimming pools, one for laps, and one that is a therapeutic pool at 90 degrees just for walking or doing the therapeutic exercises. The locker rooms are clean and neat and never crowded. Showers are wonderful. They are individual cubicles. Within the cubicle, there is sort of like a little anti space for hanging your bag and keeping your towel clean. Oh, by the way they give you the towels, and they are nice. The walking -running track is really good. There’s a spa that is not online yet, scheduled to open soon. There is a golf simulator. I would rate that a two star. it’s not like some of the other places where you can go and play indoor golf. But it’s good enough to bring a club or two and work on your swing. Overall, this is a 5 Star Fitness center.

  Staff is rude and misleading. They will lie to your face to get a membership. They have no clue when they will be open for the public. Be wary when joining.

  Simply the receptionist. Not sure if she's the only one who works here but she is not welcoming at all. Honestly she is very rude and needs fired.... everyone else here was very sweet!

  I was denied access to the restroom solely because I am not a member, despite having just come from Millcreek Hospital. The front desk clerk stated she needed authorization from security, and both ultimately refused a basic, reasonable request. While this may be technically legal, it reflects an alarming lack of empathy, courtesy, and human decency. Policies that prioritize rigid membership rules over basic human needs are indefensible, particularly in situations involving medical facilities nearby. This experience was dehumanizing and left a lasting negative impression. I had previously considered joining, but this incident made it clear that this is not an organization I want to support. I am posting this to inform others so they can decide whether this aligns with their values.
