She shares a ranch home with two other Home Instead clients, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Mom turned 101 in December and I can personally attest to the attentive, compassionate, and loving care provided by the caregivers. Communication with the staff is second to none-any occasional concerns are addressed immediately, and kindness truly abounds. We are deeply humbled that everyone at Home Instead Erie loves Mom as if she were their own family member. This level of care is truly exceptional and gives our family complete peace of mind. Each one of them--from the individual who answers the office phone, the persons in finance, the scheduling manager--our family knows that they are they are there for you. The care professionals who attend to the needs of our family are competentent, thoughtful and consistently go beyond expectations.
