The front desk clerk stated she needed authorization from security, and both ultimately refused a basic, reasonable request. Policies that prioritize rigid membership rules over basic human needs are indefensible, particularly in situations involving medical facilities nearby. This experience was dehumanizing and left a lasting negative impression. I had previously considered joining, but this incident made it clear that this is not an organization I want to support. I am posting this to inform others so they can decide whether this aligns with their values.
