- MPMichael PerezDec 15, 20251.0I was denied access to the restroom solely because I am not a member, despite having just come from Millcreek Hospital. The front desk clerk stated she needed authorization from security, and both ultimately refused a basic, reasonable request. While this may be technically legal, it reflects an alarming lack of empathy, courtesy, and human decency. Policies that prioritize rigid membership rules over basic human needs are indefensible, particularly in situations involving medical facilities nearby. This experience was dehumanizing and left a lasting negative impression. I had previously considered joining, but this incident made it clear that this is not an organization I want to support. I am posting this to inform others so they can decide whether this aligns with their values.
