  There are not enough ways or words to express the gratitude of our family for this very conscientious and caring group of professionals with Home Instead in Erie, PA. Each one of them--from the individual who answers the office phone, the persons in finance, the scheduling manager--our family knows that they are they are there for you. The care professionals who attend to the needs of our family are competentent, thoughtful and consistently go beyond expectations. It would have been impossible for me, all these years, to have provided the quality of care and support for my family without their contributions. It is a huge deal--to entrust others with the care of those we love when we cannot be there all the time. Our family is so fortunate thier assistance. They are unique in what they provide and the exceptional way that they do it.

  The staff at Home Instead in Erie are amazing. We recently used their services over an 8 week period to assist a relative in getting to/from critical medical appointments. They are very professional and were incredibly flexible when appointments had to be changed. They always told us that "they were here to help us manage the situation" regardless of what comes up. They truly held to that commitment and took care of everything. Thank you Home Instead! We will absolutely call on your services again.
